The Department highly values the proper care and maintenance of university resources. To ensure that teaching spaces and equipment remain in optimal working condition, the Department has established the "Regulations for Special Purpose Lab Usage," "Regulations for Specialized Equipment Borrowing," and various "Equipment Usage Guidelines." To accommodate students using specialized facilities after class hours, borrowing procedures for spaces—including the Smart Hakka Big Data Research Center (D2-107), 3D Design Workshop (D2-106), Digital Music Workshop (D2-501), Cultural & Creative Space (Q1-306), AR/VR Workshop (Q1-303), and Studio (D2-401)—are strictly governed by these regulations. Furthermore, faculty members are appointed to manage each specialized facility (as listed in the table below).
